After years of working in the catering industry and creating memorable food experiences, I’ve developed a deep love for not just cooking and serving food, but understanding the stories, culture, and people behind every dish. With that foundation, I created Special Ingredient — a space dedicated to food, storytelling, and discovery. What started as catering has now evolved into something bigger: a platform where food is explored, reviewed, and celebrated beyond the plate.
